The tradesman makes a mutually convenient appointment with you to inspect and discuss the works. This is followed by the prompt provision of a written quotation for your consideration.

If you are happy with their proposed service and price, you appoint them to do the work in the usual way; agreeing a start date, a programme of works and an agreed completion date. Simple!

Lassoo will monitor progress and carry out random inspections of work sites. Your opinion matters greatly to us, so we will actively seek your feedback.

Our service to you, the user, is free. Likewise tradesmen join our panel by personal invitation only, free of charge, only rewarding Lassoo with a small finder’s fee upon confirmation of a contract to commence work.
