In using our services, you acknowledge that Lassoo Networking Ltd is not acting as a general Builder or tradesman but as an introduction service between yourself, the customer, and the designated tradesman.

Before entering into a contract with any tradesman, it is suggested that you obtain confirmation of any details you require directly from them, such as their insurance cover, guarantees offered, qualifications etc.

Lassoo Networking Ltd cannot accept any liability in respect of any contract or other agreement entered into between the customer and the tradesman. In particular, but without limitation, Lassoo Networking Ltd can accept no liability relating to the quality or fitness of any work performed or omitted to be performed by any tradesman and accordingly shall not be liable to the customer for any occurrence resulting from the introduction of the tradesman to the customer including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential or inconsequential loss of any kind suffered by the customer howsoever arising.

Customers agree not to hold Lassoo Networking Ltd responsible for any damages or other liabilities arising from work performed by any tradesman. Lassoo Networking Ltd does not and cannot be involved in customers' dealings with tradesmen, or control whether or not tradesmen will complete any work as agreed and in the event that a customer has a dispute with one or more tradesmen, the customer hereby releases Lassoo Networking Ltd (and its agents and employees) from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

If Lassoo Networking Ltd refers to other companies or individuals in any manner, we are doing so for the purpose of supplying information. We do not own such companies and have no intention of violating any of their copyrights. Furthermore, if you suffer any loss as a result of acting on the information that they provide, we assume none of their liability.
